workable plan you have been looking for. If you
already have a completed blueprint, we will be happy to
utilize it. We do not limit ourselves to a certain
style or size of residence. We have many different
floor plans and elevations that we have built in the area.

The
process of building a new home does not end with completion
of construction. We will perform a walk through prior
to closing and will complete any items that require
correction prior to closing. All materials and
workmanship are warranted and detailed in our exclusive
warranty manual. If you have a warranty problem, it is
taken care of promptly and correctly.
